Villa Olympia | Perdika

Villa Olympia is a beautiful villa spacious with lots of natural light, privacy and 2 minutes from the sea. The villa is light and airy with lots of internal and external space accommodating 6 people with 3 bedrooms with balconies.

The villa has access via stairs to the front and small steps to the side entrance. There are two external balconies with  sofas and chairs and sea-views ,the lower terrace has a dining area with tables and chairs and a shaded are for those hot sunny days.

Inside

There is a large open plan lounge with sea views ,lots of seating sofas and chairs , a traditional Greek fireplace , a large tv and air-conditioning. Leading off the lounge is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with internal dining which also opens out on to a outside veranda. The villa can also be accessed with just two steps from the kitchen.

There is a ground floor shower and toilet off the lounge . Stairs from the lounge lead to the upper level which has 3 large   bedrooms.

Two are double bedrooms en-suite all with air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes and balconies with sea-views . The third bedroom is a twin and  bed room with air-conditioning and sea views.

There is also central heating throughout the house .

Outside

The outside terraces have outside furnishings, lots of space for those lazy sunny days and shaded areas to chill out in. If you want to dine al fresco there is a great large built in BBQ . In front of the villa down a small road is access to the sea its only a 2 minute walk away. Perdika fishing village with its beautiful natural marina and local tavernas and cafes is a short walk away also there is two local supermarkets and bakeries less than 5 minutes away .The villa has lots of off road parking .

Location

Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful fishing village of Perdika. The beaches of Sarpa and Klima are a short 10 minute drive away .

Moni island is a short boat ride from Perdika a great way to snorkel , sunbathe or feed the Peacocks and Cretan wild goats.Boat taxis to Moni run from Perdika harbour throughout the summer months .

Aegina Port and Town is approx 10 km away.
