The house has been built to a very high specification using a mixture of natural wood and stone and has a friendly, warm feel with lots of space and a natural simple design.

Dining al fresco at Villa Karin is perfect within the garden and grounds. The villa has a traditional Greek stone built BBQ perfect for outside cooking and dining under the stars.

The swimming pool is 12 x 5 meters and is surrounded by pine trees which act as a great protection from the midday sun. The garage houses a table tennis table.

The garden has olive trees, fruit trees and an abundance of Mediterranean plants and shrubs. There is also a beautifully restored chapel in the grounds.

Additional information

There are a number of small stepped areas out- and inside the villa. Young children under the age of 10 would need adult supervision.

Beach towels are available for your use during your stay.

Cost per 7 nights

2450€  (minimum stay 7 nights)

A damage deposit of 300€ is payable but refundable on checkout if no damage occurs

Works out to approximately  44€ per person per night based on full occupancy

Location

The house is ideally located within walking distance of Aegina Town which is approximately 2.5 km. The nearest beach is only a 7 minute walk approximately 400 meters away.
