Appleton View is situated close to Klima beach approximately 900 metres and 1.8 kilometres from the pretty fishing village of Perdika with great Tavernas and bars. Aegina port and town are approximately 10 kilometres drive away.

The house is set in 3000 sq metres of land slightly elevated offering amazing views of the Saronic Gulf and beyond. Appleton View has a modern yet classical feel about it offering 248 sq metres of internal living space with two floors the upper accessed via an internal staircase. The internal area is entered from the front of the property via a short driveway off the  main road. It is in a quiet semi rural location detached and private.

Inside

On entering the property there is a feeling of open plan space, with a quality clean and simple design. A mixture of classical and modern features with lots of natural light and home comforts make this an amazing property to suit all.

There is a large open lounge, leading onto a separate dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, with the lounge seating area opening out onto a large terrace with magnificent sea views. The lower level also has a large en-suite double bedroom with amazing views of the Saronic Gulf and beyond.

There is an internal stairway leading to the upper mezzanine with another en-suite double bedroom a separate occasional room ideal for reading and relaxing which then leads out to a large open terrace with 360 degree views of the sea and mountains.

Outside

The house has a short driveway off the main road set in  approx 3000 sq metres of land and gardens with magnificent views offering  privacy. There are terraced areas outside dinning and lots of open space.
